Just a quick reminder: Jerry’s big debut will be on PBS tonight, 2/15 in the NATURE series episode called “Why We Love Cats and Dogs.”
Be sure to tune in at 8:00 p.m. (check your local listings to be sure). You’ll also hear from many other pet owners and various animal behavior experts like the awesome Sarah Wilson.

I just watched the PBS story about Jerry and “his people”.
To Jerry…you were one of the lucky ones to have your people love you as much as they did….and always will.
To Jim & Rene…the fact that you recognized the “silver lining” in everything adds another dimension of what love really is all about!
I too RV with my friends (cats), but not full time. It would be a delight to cross paths one day.

I am so glad Jerry’s story was chosen to be part of this great new show. What a dog! Kudos to Jerry for choosing you two to be his people. What a wonderful contribution you have made to tripod and osteosarcoma education. Jerry’s memory lives on!

There are so few times in a life when we meet and are given a chance to love such a valuable teacher as Jerry. You two have been truly blessed. Jerry’s a hero and that he chose to enter and energize your lives so much is a gift to be treasured.
My cat Captain left this world more than 15 years ago but he’s still with me. The love and the confidence in myself that he gave me are a life long gift I will never squander.
They really are beyond measure, aren’t they? 🙂
