Adopt a Tripawd: Beautiful Husky Girl Seeks Forever Home

Adopt a three legged husky dogHey everyone. We hope you’ll consider opening your hearts to this beautiful Husky girl we just heard about, thanks to our friend Calpurnia.

Her name is Dreamer, and she joined the Tripawd community just last week, after being hit by a car. The good people at Utah’s Enoch Animal Shelter have given her the medical help and love she needs to recuperate. Now, this girl is ready for her forever home.

She’s good with kids, other dogs, and seems to be good with cats so far. And while she is in Utah, her rescue people say they’ll find a way to transport her to her future pawrents.  Won’t you consider making her a member of your family?

  1. Hey guys if Dreamer is in Utah Enoch Animal Shelter may want to also get in touch with Best Friends( http://www.bestfriends.org). It is a no kill animal sanctuary that keeps their animals until they can find a great home. They hold adoption blitz and everything. My mom has been a supporter for a very long time and they are also located in Utah. Good luck Dreamer girl, you are beautiful….Kellie

  2. Last I heard, there was an effort to get Dreamer in a foster home in Colorado. We are worried that she may get an infection in a kennel situation. I will know more tomorrow. She would make someone a wonderful friend – only 2 yrs old, lots of spunk!

  3. Dreamer looks like a “dream come true”! I’m sure that she will find a great forever home quickly!

  4. Just an update on Dreamer. She is now in Colorado under the care of a kind and loving foster parent. Her original family was recently located, but they refused to take her back when they learned she was now a Tripawd.

We know there is a great home for her, with more intelligent, true animal lovers for pawrents. Please tell a friend.

  5. I hope Dreamer finds her forever home very soon. Just the look on her face tells the story of how sweet she is; I’m sure she will make someone a very happy pawrent(s). You’ll find your home Dreamer; I just know you will.

  6. Dear friend at Tripawd:

Can you tell me if Dreamer is still looking for a home?

    Best regards,

    Ty (info@restqsanctuary.org)

  7. Hey everyone –

  8. I think that may be my dog that was given away. If it is, she has ahome again chip in her neck and I would like that tested and scanned. If not, sorry to bother you.

  9. Not a bother at all, we’re sorry you’ve lost your furry friend. The group sheltering Dreamer, however, informed us that they contacted her original owners who said they no longer wanted her with only three legs! 🙁 Good luck finding your pup.
